This Ford Torino has come into us, fresh off the boat from California. It is in for a small amount of paintwork and electrical work to bring it up to UK spec.

We have finished paint stripping the Jaguar Mk1 & carried out some metal work repairs.

We have also picked up a lovely Triumph Spitfire which has come in for restoration. While the mechanical aspects of the car are great, it needs a fair bit of welding and a complete paint strip & respray.

This week we have been working on a ‘one-off’ coachbuilt Bentley by Freestone and Webb. Apparently there is only one Bentley example and two Rolls Royces in existence! We carried out a tricky paintwork repair to the passenger door which was just a few mm away from the original gold pinstripe which separated the two colours.

We’ve been busy working on the Triumph Stag, we have cut out and replaced a section of rotten floor as well as cutting out some rust on the wings.

It’s been another busy week in the workshop, after 2x MOT’s and a few last minute issues we have waved goodbye to the VW Camper and VW Beetle – keep an eye out for them at the shows this summer!
Now that we have freed up some space we will be bringing some more cars into the workshop…more updates coming soon.
This rare Bentley Turbo has come into us for some minor bodywork repair to the rear wheel arch.
We have cut out the rot, replaced it with new metal and paint matched the wheel arch to blend in with the rest of the bodywork.

We are well on the way to stripping the paint off this lovely Jaguar Mk1. This week we have also carried out some repair work to offside sill. We have cut out the old metal and replaced the inner sill.

This Mercedes 500 SL has come into us for some paintwork repair and minor bodywork.
Considered a modern classic, these SL’s are starting to become collectable.

The re-assembly on the VW Camper is going very well. We have completed the pop top roof install and are in the process of fine tuning the engine. The new gear linkage is fitted and working and we have fitted a new throttle cable after the original was sticking on hard acceleration.
