We had a busy week last week on the Willys Jeep. We have separated the body from the chassis and have been stripping the components off the body in preparation for it to be blasted.
Once the body has been stripped, we will remove the engine & running gear from the chassis so that can be blasted as well.

This classic 1954 Willys Jeep has come in to us for a full restoration. It has been partially restored once before in its life and was regularly used up until 2002-2003.
Like a lot of classic cars, the Jeep hasn’t been used in some time but this one has been dry stored in a garage which means that the body and chassis haven’t deteriorated as much as one that has been stored outside or under a car port.
Overall, the Jeep looks to be in good condition but we will know more once we start the dismantling process.
