We have been busy working on the Herald’s chassis. Last week we installed brand new outriggers.

These have infinitely increased the structural rigidity of the chassis compared to the original outriggers which had rotted through.

We are in the process of stripping the 1968 VW Beetle cabriolet down and will be carrying out any repairs before preparing it for paint.

The body is relatively rust free which makes this classic VW a breeze compared to some of the other VW’s we have worked on in the past.

We have now painted the body in a stunning British Racing Green which is perfect for this classic Jaguar.

The body repairs on the Willys Jeep are going well, we have cut out and replaced the offside sill and will be completing the nearside sill replacement this week.

Something a little more modern compared to our usual projects…

This incredibly fast Porsche 911 Turbo S (996) has come in to us for some paintwork as well as adding on some GT3 panels to enhance the appearance of this super car.

We’ve worked on a few cars for this particular customer and he plans to put this 911 through its paces at the Nurburgring once we have finished with it.

We have removed the body from the chassis and are getting ready to remove the bulkhead from the chassis.
